Advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and financial law matters, as well as Federal and state securities, legislative and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on financial institutions, housing finance and technology and e-commerce law. Legislative and regulatory practice emphasizes issues affecting the structure and regulation of financial services firms. Technology and e-commerce practice emphasizes all aspects of electronic commerce law, including federal, state and global privacy and information security law. Privacy and information security practice focuses on financial services and web-based enterprises. Provides counsel to the firm with respect to its own technology contracting.
