Owen is a partner in K&L Gates’ Corporate practice group and has particular experience in corporate finance, M&A and private equity. He has a wide range of experience of transactions in a broad range of sectors including, in particular, life sciences, technology and financial services. Owen typically works on transactions in the £15 -£150 million range but also works on smaller and larger transactions. Owen is a member of the firm's AIM Team (which focuses on transactions for companies and merchant banks on the secondary market of the London Stock Exchange).

Professional Background

Owen qualified as a lawyer in 1993. He joined the firm in 1994 and was made partner in 1997.
