    01 Goal Setting
    • Set evaluation criteria in agreement with the Team Leader
    • Prepare IPP (set work objectives)
    • Prepare IDP (set competency development goals)
  2. During the Year
    02 Mid-year Review
    • Review progress toward goals
    • Feedback with the Team Leader
  3. End of Year
    03 Evaluation and Use of Results
    • Evaluate performance and competencies against goals
    • Reflect results in compensation, promotion and development

Evaluation results feed into the next year's goal setting.
